APLASH: Integrated Global Business Solutions & Consulting Platform
APLASH is a comprehensive one-stop solution platform designed to provide customized business and legal services on a global scale. The platform serves as a digital gateway for corporations and individuals seeking high-level expertise in complex areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Immigration support, and strategic business consulting. It emphasizes a "seamless integration" approach to help businesses grow across international borders.

Entering the Japanese market is mostly a regulatory problem. A foreign company needs an importer of record before it can ship, an entity before it can invoice, customs standing before it can clear efficiently, and a visa before a founder can be there to run any of it, and each of those is normally a different firm.
APLASH does all of it in one place: IOR and EOR so companies can import and export without a local entity, KK and GK incorporation, Authorized Customs Practitioner services, corporate tax, JCT, transfer pricing and APPI compliance, M&A, and the Business Manager and Highly Skilled Professional visa routes. Nine service lines, one accountable team, coordinated out of Hong Kong and Osaka.
The site had to sell judgment rather than scale, since the firm competes on capability, not headcount, and reads as deliberately discreet. We built it in Next.js with Tailwind and Framer Motion, keeping the motion restrained enough that it signals precision instead of decorating a regulatory practice with animation.
Nine service lines, made navigable
IOR/EOR, entity setup, customs, tax and legal, M&A and immigration presented as one route into Japan rather than nine disconnected offerings.
Positioned on judgment, not headcount
The design leans into a boutique posture, skill over scale, because that is the firm’s actual differentiator against the large consultancies.
Restrained motion
Framer Motion used sparingly. On a regulatory practice, visible polish builds confidence and visible flourish does the opposite.
A single front door for companies entering Japan, presenting a complex regulatory offering as one coherent path from first shipment to established entity.
